Southern Precision Fabrication
We fabricate custom sheet metal ductwork for HVAC contractors, mechanical contractors, and commercial construction projects. Straight runs, transitions, elbows, offsets, plenums, and fittings are built from your dimensions so they land clean on site.
Every piece is laid out, cut, formed, and sealed with the tolerances that make a duct system fit right the first time, because rework in the field costs far more than accuracy in the shop.
Grease duct is unforgiving work. Continuous liquid-tight welded seams, correct material thickness, and precise layout are what separate a system that performs from one that becomes a liability.
We fabricate grease duct and kitchen exhaust components for restaurants, commercial kitchens, and food service build-outs, coordinating closely with the mechanical contractor on routing and access requirements.
Precision forming is the backbone of good sheet metal work. We brake and form panels, flashings, closures, channels, hems, and custom profiles to tight angle and dimension tolerances.
Give us a profile sketch or a sample and we will match it, repeatably, across a full production run.
Some projects do not come out of a catalog. Custom enclosures, covers, counters, panels, brackets, guards, and architectural metalwork all start as an idea, a napkin sketch, or a field measurement.
We take that starting point and turn it into a fabricated part that installs cleanly and looks like it belongs.
Fabrication engineering is where problems get solved before metal is cut. We help work through material selection, layout, sequencing, connection details, and constructability so the shop build matches the field reality.
If you have a difficult condition, an unclear detail, or a part that has failed before, bring it to us early. That conversation usually saves the schedule.
